Erin recently graduated from Baylor Law School. During her time at Baylor Law, she participated in multiple interscholastic transactional law competitions on behalf of Baylor Law against other law schools around the country. Erin participated in the UCLA Transactional Law Competition two years in a row where her team won Best Draft and Best Negotiation one year, and Best Draft and Best Overall the next. Erin also volunteered in Baylor Law’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, helping early-stage businesses with entity formation and simple service agreements and Baylor Law’s Estate Planning Clinic, drafting estate planning documents for veterans and first responders and their spouses living in and around McLennan County.

Erin was born and raised in a small town in Nebraska. Prior to starting her path towards becoming an attorney, Erin received a Bachelor’s of Business with a focus in Accounting and utilized her degree plan experience both throughout school and post-graduation working as an Accounting Intern and then a Finance Assistant. She ultimately moved to Texas to begin law school and start her legal career.

While finishing up law school, Erin joined Haley & Olson as a Law Clerk in the beginning of 2024. After passing the Texas Bar Exam, Erin joined the firm full time as an Associate Attorney. Leveraging both her undergrad degree and her legal passions, Erin’s primary practice areas include a variety of transactional matters in estate planning, probate, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, entity formations, business planning, real estate sales & leasing, employment contracts, and taxation. When Erin is not working on client matters for the firm, she enjoys playing with her mini-goldendoodle, Ranger at the dog parks around Waco, exploring Texas, playing basketball and reading.
