Amy advises local governments and businesses on a wide range of employment matters from EEOC complaints to ADA and FMLA compliance questions. She also routinely drafts employment contracts, separation agreements, and develops employment policies and procedures.

In addition to her focus on employment matters, Amy has experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. She frequently helps families navigate contested probate matters and defends businesses and local governments in a diverse range of litigation.

Amy’s prior life as an ESL teacher and school administrator helped her hone the ability to take complex and voluminous amounts of information and distill them into clear and easy to understand language. Amy is passionate about ensuring her clients fully understand their rights and the options available to them so that they may make the best decision for their business, their city, or their families.

Amy’s Bar Admissions include State Bar of Texas, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
